The need to know

I'm terrible at not knowing.

The liminal, the unclear, the wait-and-see... it leaves me with a deep longing for clarity.

Maybe that's why I love divination so much.

Not because it has the answers...

But because it helps me to ask better questions.

Questions that open space, instead of closing it.

Questions that shift my view just enough to change how I see a situation.

In my experience, answers are fleeting.

They change with time, with insight, with moon, with more information...

But a good question? That's the magick that keeps unfolding.

So maybe the skill isn't in knowing.

Maybe it's in becoming the kind of person who can sit wit the question and still move forward anyway.

Until then, I'll try and let uncertainty be my oracle and know that the next question is already stirring.
